A pilot study

What is the impact of singlet oxygen Airnergy on motor skills? This question is examined by a sports physician Dr. Elmar Vince (Elmar Wienecke) and published the results of a pilot study on the level of endurance in athletes.
In the study, Dr. Elmar Vince tells about her own feelings of using Airnergy within 60 minutes before the race: fatigue comes not so fast. Heart rate after exercise, such as running on the street, training on a Bicycle Ergometer or on a treadmill, — one of the criteria of endurance: the lower it is, the better. For exercise a person needs a certain amount of oxygen. Its deficiency leads to increased heart rate and further lactic acid production. This means that the athlete before will go the distance, just because “no longer”. More rare pulse with the same result — evidence of greater endurance, the ability of the muscles to more efficiently use oxygen.
The norm of the effectiveness of training is the reduction of heart rate after six weeks. Of the doctor Wince graphs shows that as a result of the use of Airnergy heart rate changes significantly every day. Considering the time factor, this improvement could not be an ordinary result of the exercise. In two cases the runner followed approximately the same speed and the same route for 60 minutes, smoothly accelerating and increasing the speed in five minutes, and in one case — after 10 minutes. Averaging of graphs, starting with 10 minutes, shows a significantly lower heart rate when using Airnergy. This is due to a more efficient use of oxygen.
On the second and fourth graphs show the length of run to the exit at a certain heart rate. When using Airnergy average heart rate was 123, but without Airnergy — 143 beats per minute. The peak value was 154 and 163 beats per minute, respectively.
On charts 1-4 presents the results of a single study. In this case, we can assume that the measured level of endurance depends on factors such as the type of load. The following graphs show that it is not. The determining factor is the use of Airnergy in an hour or two before exercising.

Here are the results of a pilot study with 15 participants in a controlled environment. The participants were not aware of who is using the device, and who — placebo. Measured heart rate and lactate levels during exercise on a treadmill with advanced use of Airnergy and without. Given that all participants already for many years, using treadmills, it is possible to neglect the possible influence on the level of metabolism ineffective coordination. All the participants were physical education teachers and physiotherapists. In addition, similar tests were performed using a cycle Ergometer, and obtained similar results.
In the presented diagrams, the scale of the concentration of lactate extends to 4.5 mmol/l, heart rate — up to 210 beats per minute. The difference in the lactate level is particularly important. The group not receiving the Airnergy air, reached almost to the anaerobic threshold, with values of lactate concentration between 4 and 5, i.e. in the range requiring the transition to other energy mechanism. The main result of endurance training: the fatigue comes not so fast, but the recovery is faster. If the effect of Airnergy is similar to the result of long practice, it can only mean one thing: both in Amateur and in professional sport, everyone can benefit from the application of Airnergy .
